It is that time of the year: New Year's Resolution time.  If updating your estate plan is a New Year's Resolution, please let us know.  We now have an online estate planning questionnaire that can be completed via your tablet, smart phone or computer.  Do not lose momentum in getting an estate plan in place or updating an existing estate plan.

As a helpful reminder, with the arrival of the new year, it is a good time to review your estate plan to be certain that beneficiary designations are correct, fiduciary appointments are accurate and other assorted details.
